5 /5 Anna: Absolutely love this salon, such a great experience every time. The laser hair removal works really well, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Huge thank you to Natalia! She always makes you feel comfortable, is super gentle, and constantly checks in to make sure you’re okay. It honestly makes such a difference. The salon is very clean and very well maintained, everything is like new. I’ve had 5 sessions so far and my hair growth has slowed down almost completely. I know results are very individual, but I’m really happy with how effective it’s been for me. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sytnik for facial injections (botox, fillers, mesotherapy) for about five years now and have always been extremely happy with the services he provides. A few months ago, I started experiencing hair loss after using Mounjaro about six months ago. Dr. Sytnik recommended PRP (plasmotherapy), and I purchased a four-session package. I’ve now completed three out of four sessions, and I couldn’t be happier — my hair has finally stopped falling excessively, which used to cause me enormous stress (as it would to any woman). When I heard that the clinic had recently purchased a new Soprano Ice Titanium laser hair removal machine and that they have an excellent therapist, I didn’t hesitate for a moment to book a session. Natalia is lovely, attentive, and very thorough. She explained everything clearly — from how the hair follicle cycle works to what to expect during and after the treatment — and provided helpful post-treatment recommendations. I also appreciate that sessions are spaced 6–8 weeks apart, which means you don’t have to come in too often. What I love about this clinic is that they always stay up to date with the latest technology and invest in new top-quality equipment. The entire team is polite, welcoming, and always ready to explain every procedure process as well as what to expect in detail. Compared to other London beauty clinics, I would say their price-to-quality ratio is fantastic. These people really care about what they do! Highly recommend — truly one of the best clinics in London!

5 /5 Nina Pikova: I’ve been going to Nataliia at BeautyGene for laser hair removal for about eight months now, and I’m really happy with the results. She’s very careful, professional and just genuinely pleasant to be around. I always feel comfortable during the sessions, and she explains everything clearly so I know what to expect. My hair growth has reduced so much since I started, the difference is honestly huge. The treatments are quick and the studio is always clean. I definitely recommend Nataliia. She really knows what she’s doing, and my experience with her has been great.

She showed me the pictures she took before we started the course and after the last procedure and I can definitely see the result. The hairs still grow but they are a lot weaker now and less visible. Natalia is also very supportive and gentle which I think is a really nice quality to have due to the nature of the procedure. It makes the whole process more bearable.
