Had an eye lash lift & tint, I was talked through the whole procedure, was very comfortable and the outcome was amazing, love my new eyelashes and will definitely be returning to have them done again. Ive tried many of the beauty saloons in Islington and for pedicure and manicure this is the best one - nowhere else are they as meticulous and thorough as at Essex Nails & Beauty, no matter who is doing the pedicure. There may be a queue but theres a good reason why - they are the best!

Lucy Elliott Well what can I say from the second you walk in youre made to feel comfortable, Sophie and her team are highly trained and professional, you are giving all the information you need about your treatment and your aftercare. I have been going to Sophie for many years this was originally to fix work that had been done somewere else that I was not happy with, she managed to do a correction on my eyebrows. Then the rest is history, you leave wanting to go back and have more and that i did! I cant recommend her clinic and her services enough!!!! Xx

Rina Gill A treatment with Bernice at Canonbury Beauty is not just a treatment, its an out of body experience. Her authentic warmth and years of skill and experience makes one feel in the safest of hands. Her collagen facial is comprehensive and out of this world. The deep cleanse and full process complete with massage with ice balls with fragrant orange blossom oil left me walking on air. I have vowed to make this a regular calendar date for myself. Its just so rare to find a beauty professional with not just the loveliest heart and personality but also the loveliest hands and best technique and knowledge. I cannot recommend Bernice highly enough. A treatment with her is a transformative experience. But book early because she is a sole practitioner who runs this establishment more or less on her own. How she does it, I dont know. But she has made Canonbury Beauty a highly sought after oasis in Islington and what she brings to our little part of the world is really quite extraordinary. As lovely as the surrounds and the atmosphere undeniably are, its the staff and the people that make a business which is why this is the only beauty salon worth considering in North London. And Ive tried a few. Ask for Bernice and lie back and give yourself a truly holistic treat.
