1 /5 Amir Tajik: Not recommended at all. Unfortunately, this clinic comes across as highly unprofessional. I attempted to book an appointment(90 minutes massage for my girlfriend) through their booking page, and although my booking appeared to go through — as the time slot I chose was no longer available — I never received any confirmation. Wanting to clarify, I reached out via message but received no response. I ended up sending a total of four messages(including the booking request) , all of which were ignored.
Appointments are handled via Facebook and messages on Messenger, and I can clearly see that my messages were seen but deliberately left unanswered. As a customer, this is both frustrating and disappointing. It gives the impression that they simply chose to ignore me.
Perhaps this disregard is due to the fact that I booked using a Groupon deal, and they may not prioritize customers who use such offers. If that’s the case, one has to question why they would even promote their services on Groupon if they have no intention of properly welcoming new clients.
Its unfortunate to see a business neglect such basic principles of customer service and communication.
