1 /5 Ally: My husband purchased a £50 voucher for my birthday with a 6 month expiry. When I realised it had expired 3 days previously I immediately contacted them but was told I was unable to use my voucher. Whilst I appreciate it was an oversight on my part I think they could have been more flexible & honoured the voucher especially as it only had a 6 months validity period. I note there are two other bad reviews on this website for the same reason. I will never use this company again, completely rigid & unflexible to an oversight that could happen to anyone

5 /5 Lellie Bear: Kate the aesthetics practitioner provides a perfect service from start to finish. I had my lips enhanced twice now with her. She is professional, kind and just a lovely person. She is extremely attentive throughout and supportive. The whole experience is a very positive one. She takes her time to get perfect results and wants natural enhancement looks only which is exactly what I want. Her work space is clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Kate is also confident and calm in her work and this made me feel very relaxed and safe in the procedure. 10 stars for her and her business honestly I would never go anywhere else.
