Joan Bowen Amazing nail technician and lovely person. He is so caring, precise and also great to chat with. My messy hands were transformed and he did exactly what I asked for. A real pro. Anna also did an amazing job with my runner’s feet… they don’t look like mine anymore! So professional, thorough and a great gel polish. For once I don’t want to put them in anything but open toe sandalls!

Rebecca Jenkins The Cwtch is such a gem, it’s always warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is spot on every time: great music, endless cups of tea, and the loveliest atmosphere. Sadie is an incredible nail tech. I honestly wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else. When I first started seeing her, my nails were in rough shape, brittle, broken, and damaged. Thanks to Sadie’s care, skill, and advice, my nails are now strong and healthy again. She’s not just talented, she genuinely cares about her clients and their nail health. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

She tailors treatments perfectly to my skin’s needs, and her deep cleansing is exceptional. I’ve also tried microneedling and Venus treatments for a radiant glow, and the results have been amazing every time. Highly recommend!

justin ickonga Had a great personal experience went there to get my daughter eyebrows and lashes done for her 20th birthday, she loved it!!!!! The staff is friendly and the owner even gave us a discount because it was my daughters birthday. The wait was long due to a surprisingly successful establishment even though the place doesnt seem to have good reviews, i personally think its due to the shop not being present on internet. but a 10/10 experience for my daughter!! all her friends came in the following week.
