Beautiful Nails - (Near Sutton, UK)

5 /5 Jane Coy: The best nail salon in the Sutton area. Have tried a few in Carshalton and Sutton but I always go to Beautiful Nails now. The staff are all so friendly and kind and they take so much time and care over making sure everything is perfect. Love this place!

5 /5 Louise B: I went in recently for infills and pedicure here and Im very happy with the finish. The pedicure service is also nice as they have hot stones Thank you to the nice ladies at this salon! The atmosphere was very calm and the prices are good. Ill be coming back again x

1 /5 RougeRose Rouge: I do not recommend this salon. Ever since the talented young man left, the quality has gone downhill. The women currently working there seem inexperienced and could benefit from further training, even basic nail painting was poorly done. I left with nails that looked messy and unfinished, with missed edges. On top of that, they tried to overcharge me for a service I’ve had before, assuming I wasn’t a regular customer. The customer service has also declined significantly. Overall, the professionalism and quality have dropped a lot since the previous staff member left.

1 /5 Narmin Sheydayeva: Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend this salon. I had about 1h 15 mins to get a pedicure done and I did let them know if thats ok, and they said yes it was enough time. I also got a gel colour done to save time. Lady next to me kindly allowed me to go before her. However, the whole pedicure only took 25 mins as the lady who was doing it did bare minimum. The back of my feet were still rough, it should have been scrabbed more and the lady barely cleaned around the cuticle area. I had to ask her to tidy up a bit more when she finished painting my toes. She only cut 2 or 3 toe nails and filed the rest despite me asking her to cut. My toenails still felt longer than usual. It was a very disappointing and a rushed service. I basically paid £35 just for her to paint my toenails. I understand that I had a limited time but they also confirmed that they had enough time to do a pedicure. I did come up and ended up cutting my toenails and fixing the rough edges. I did watch the lady next to me who was also having a pedicure and they seemed to provide a better service for her. I guess it is a hit and miss on who you get. I would avoid as you do not get your moneys worth.

5 /5 Tegan Knowles: I went to Beautiful nails today to get cute frog themed nails and I couldnt be happier with them! They ended up being even better than the reference picture I came in with. The staff are very talented, kind and friendly. I also went to them once before and was over the moon with how the design turnt out. Thank you so much!
