5 /5 Sukhjit Hunjan: Would recommend Sunny to anybody looking to make a change to their lifestyle, get healthier/stronger or just have a more positive outlook about their diet and workouts. No 2 sessions were ever identical and he has a knack of making workouts challenging but also fun. There is no repetition or isolated workouts - there is a lot of mixing up traditional workouts with kettlebells, sandbags and outdoor activities. Sunny is approachable and will help you to find a solution when you are struggling - I particularly had issues with my diet and he completely helped changed my outlook and made me make healthier choices. Whilst having Sunny as a PT I have lost over 9kg in 8 weeks and feel a lot better physically and mentally.
I can not recommend him enough! Ive had quite a few PTs but find Sunnys personality and approach immediately put me at ease.
