5 /5 Halima: got my hair layered today. I think my stylist was called Samee. Lovely lady. Did my hair just the way i wanted. So kind and gave me some great advise for my hair. She was just amazing and her customer service left me very satisfied. definitely coming back to her when i colour my hair !

1 /5 Nideya Sharif: called earlier in the day to book an eyebrow wax and was given an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived, I was told my appointment wasn’t in the diary, and the staff member continued working with her client without acknowledging me or offering any explanation or rebooking. I asked if I could be seen after her current client, and although she agreed, she didn’t seem interested or welcoming. While waiting, I looked through the reviews and noticed several comments about similar issues with staff attitude and even some concerns about poorly done brows. At that point, I decided it was best to leave and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Yesterday I booked a last-minute appointment, and I’m so glad I did! The service was incredible – the hairdresser was very attentive to detail and explained everything clearly.
