1 /5 Hawa Stanfield: I do not recommend, they are scammers. Be careful most reviews are fake. Very poor hygiene, dirty premises they don’t wash their hands. I went there do do individual eyelashes extensions that I paid £45. The very same day they were falling. They don’t know how to do it. It tooks 20 minutes for the lady to install individual lashes. I usually do it with a specialist in Leytonstone and it takes at least 1 hour more to get them done and it last for at least 3 weeks and when the lashes falls out it’s one by one and not a bunch. I feel like crying spending so much money for nothing. They said I should pay cash also and I was walking around the shopping mall looking for a cash machine.

1 /5 Sheila: I have genuinely never left a place a bad review but I am so unhappy with my eyebrows. I came in and specifically asked for the shape, thickness and length to not be changed. While she was threading she kept pinching my skin with the thread and even managed to pull out some of my head hair with the thread. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years so I know how much main is normal and the type of pain. When I asked her to be a bit more gentle she dismissed me, said something to another lady and continued to repeatedly pinch my skin aggressively with the thread. The main reason I’m leaving this review however is because I have never been so unhappy with my eyebrows, the shape has completely changed and they are so thin, completely ruined for my birthday. I permanently look like I’m in shock. I will definitely not be returning and don’t recommend.

They listened to what I wanted and shaped my brows perfectly—clean, symmetrical, and exactly how I envisioned them. The salon was clean and hygienic, and the whole process was quick and painless. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for precise and quality threading!

1 /5 Laura Stafford: Never in my life wrote a negative review but sorry my eyebrows are two completely different shapes one is thick one is thin I am too embarrassed to even upload a picture, I came in for threading as I am going on holiday for the weekend and the lady has completely ruined my eyebrows I’ve never had them done in this state . The service was so quick they took less than two minutes to thread and came out worse than ever I am sorry but I do not recommend this place
