1 /5 Stephanie Lambeth: I was so looking forward to my facial last week. It was cancelled with about 1-2 hours notice and I didnt even get a telephone call (nor missed call). And I am still waiting for the refund via Treatwell. Surely it would have been courteous to have left me a message on the phone? I was on the train and en route to the appt. when I noticed I had a refund (refund message coming even before the cancellation email). I was really disappointed as Xmas is pretty stressful and a facial would have been relaxing. Boo!

5 /5 Ellen Rham: Kornelija is an amazing beautician. I had the best back massage I’ve ever had. The room was relaxing and the perfect temperature. The waxing is quick, efficient and painless. She is kind and very experienced.

1 /5 Sarah: Had a booking for a spray tan for the day before I went on holiday, which I’d confirmed with them over the phone. On the day they shut early, without even having the decency to let me know. I was left standing outside a closed shop with no time to schedule a replacement appointment elsewhere. When I tried to contact they rejected calls. Appalling customer service.

1 /5 Natasha Killam: Was my second time booking as had a wonderful experience first time. However my booking was cancelled an hour before my appointment with no explination, no communication and a ducking of calls.

5 /5 Georgie Ottley: I have been to Kc now for many years for my beauty treatments and she does an amazing job every single time. I’m in love with my brow lamination I had recently! Kc isn’t local to me anymore however i always try and travel to her when I can to receive the 5 star service she never fails to deliver! Thank you so much again Kc see you again soon. Xx
