2 /5 Donni Mcgregor: I came here for my last set and LOVED them, great attention to detail and was happy to pay the expensive price for the quality of the service. When I get these infilled, the quality was fine, the artist did the French tip higher up on one hand but didn’t show me the set during painting and didnt check the fingers against eachother so I couldn’t see the difference from the angle. She rushed the filing and left gel on my skin. Her attitude throughout the appointment
didn’t make me feel comfortable saying I wanted the french tip lower after she had finished curing. She then overcharged me by £3, when I questioned it she said infills are £40, I look online and I was correct that it was £37. The set itself is fine now I’ve filed it myself, but considering the high price I’ve paid compared to most salons it’s annoying that the French tip looks wrong on one hand. Quality here is unreliable, might as well go somewhere cheaper and it’ll probably be the same.
