5 /5 Sarah Paul: I have been doing Babbi’s Pilates class for 5 years now. I love the variety of exercises with stretch bands and weights. Babbi is very motivating yet allowing me to develop at my pace. Music is varied as well and each class has a different vibe! Never repetitive or boring! Being online is a big bonus as I am able to join in after a busy day’s work from my living room. I feel energized, motivated and most of all happy after the classes.

My core has strengthened so much, so much I can now do now that I couldnt do before. Babs is a great teacher that explains what part of your body will benefit from a certain movement. My passion for pilates,planks,weights,has come back, I never used resistance bands before and now I love them. My body and health has improved so much.

4 /5 Tolly John: Babie Christopher is a freelance wellness specialist and instructor. I joined her classes at the age of 62at the beginner’s level. My expectations as beginner was average, but the instructor’s teaching style, expertise and feedback created more expectations and enthusiasm in me. By attending her classes online and practicing the techniques on my own focusing on my needs, improved my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Now my each day starts with stretching, breathing techs and focused workouts for body balancing and flexibility and I do feel a general wellbeing especially on my elbows shoulders and hips. Babie’s training sessions are incredibly motivating and revitalising. The classes are embedded with Bollywood and rap dances. The participants can attend sessions at their own pace. She delivers group classes as well as one to one sessions which is really motivating to the participants at different age groups and life’s situation . I wish her all success . From my point of view, she must do more research and improve her expertise and must open a Wellness Academy at the earliest .
