Neelesh Bhoola I trained with MGRM about 10 years ago to improve my fitness levels through Muay Thai and had a fantastic experience. I learned a lot and saw great improvements in my fitness. Last year, I enrolled my sons (ages 10 and 8) to help boost their confidence and introduce them to martial arts. They are thoroughly enjoying the Muay Thai sessions and making excellent progress. Highly recommended!

Abirami Anjulan Both myself and my son learnt yoga from Rashmi through 121 lessons at her home studio. She is a phenomenal yoga teacher who pours in her heart and soul into teaching. Though my son was reluctant to try yoga initially he started enjoying it no time. She is precise to the point and teaches every pose by demonstrating it herself which makes it easier for kids to learn. I would highly recommend Rashmi to anyone who would like to learn yoga or even attend her weekly group sessions to keep up with the practice.

Subrina Hussain I have received absolutely outstanding service since joining Loughton Leisure Centre. From the very beginning, Sharon, one of the managers, has been nothing short of amazing. I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. Since joining, my pain has become more manageable, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Thank you to Sharon, Becca, and the whole team for all you do for the community — it really makes a difference!

Rip I have improved so much both mentally and physically since joining this gym. The Coach actually wants you to do well and succeed He has a wonderful sense of humour yet laser sharp focused. Whether its the small group class or personal training, this is the best gym in the East of London for Boxing, Kick Boxing, and Muay Thai. Dont hesitate, try a class now for you or your child, you will love it.

Dennis Topliceanu I’ve been coming here since before it became 7Gym, and the changes with the new management are great. The new equipment is awesome, and I love the variety of drinks and protein shakes. The staff are super friendly and respectful. The place has really improved, and I’m enjoying the gym a lot.

FadmaUmmSafiya Amazing boxing club for children. My 7 year old son started in September. Hes a rather shy and sensitive kid but hes done some muay Thai before. Coach Suli has taken him to a different level. I am really impressed how my son can now move around while boxing when he trains/plays with his dad. It is so important for a boxer to have the right foot movements while keeping your guard up. My son has gained so much confidence, resilience and skills here. I am immensely grateful for the commitment Coach Suli has for his trainees. And the price is affordable for those who have several kids. Wishing success to all the kids and Coach Suli! Thank you!
