I really want to say a special thanks to the coaches: Suzanne, James, Big Mike, Zac and Yianni. They do a fantastic job of developing a personalised program, tracking our progress and encouraging us to push harder all to make going to the gym a seamless experience. I highly recommend training here!

5 /5 Lorraine Antoniou: ADC what a wonderful find, friendly staff buzzy atmosphere, I’ve only been going a few weeks after many years of gym and classes, I’ve already learnt so much, it’s incredible how just a few adjustments in an exercise can make such a difference. I’d learnt many bad habits over the years, and thanks to ADC in particular Suzanne who I’ve had train me the most has put me on the right track,I’ve had my body scan and I’m very excited to see more body changes in 2026. My ADC day is the best day of the week.

I’ve trained with almost all of the trainers, and they are always eager to help you — from showing you how to get the most out of your workouts to giving you tips on your nutrition. You can even order your coffee or drink of choice, and it’s ready for you right after your workout — the team at the bar is also super friendly and helpful.
