5 /5 Snehal Amolik: Attended Rutuparna at Atha Yoga Shala. I must say this was my first ever work shop with Archana and it was exceedingly above my expectations. A combination of breathing, education through phases and symptoms of hormonal/emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause, a calm Chandra Namaskar and the powerful candle gazing along with a finisher of shavasana-every bit of it was a calming and learning(about myself) experience.
