Elaine Fitzwater Located above the Sweaty Betty store in Guildford the team at 1Sculpt offer barre and total body workouts, as well as personal training. The classes are upbeat, fun and challenging, and the 1Sculpt team are always finding new and creative ways with the pilates ring, resistance bands and pilates balls. I especially enjoy the barre classes which are a great addition to my running and spin classes that I do elsewhere, and I definitely feel the strength benefits from incorporating these classes into my schedule.

Holly Crane I’ve been going to classes at House of Reformer for a couple of months now and I just wanted to share how amazing this studio is. All of the instructors are great but a special shoutout to Katie, the studio founder, whose sessions are amazing. Every session is varied, no two sessions are the same, and Katie gives the clearest instructions. The vibe is so friendly and welcoming - the perfect place to go if you’re new to reformer. Roffin I’ve been training with Tom for a couple of years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The gym has a great atmosphere, and Tom himself is an outstanding coach supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. He’s helped me achieve numerous personal goals and is now guiding me as I prepare to join the Paras. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks again, Tom!

Hiskia Van schepdael Honestly I couldn’t have been happier with Lina’s work. I’ve been on the search for a good nail tech in Surrey since my last one moved out and I’m glad to say I finally found it. Lina it’s super kind and welcoming. She will take her time and care with your nails as she is a perfectionist. Highly recommend her.
