1 /5 Sylvia H: I get an email 30minutes before my appointment from Ashanti the therapist saying she will be late but not how late. So I arrive on time because I was already in the area, but the store was completely shut so I had to sit on the pavement out in the cold. Shockingly she was more than 30minutes late to her own service. A service I was paying for! Paying her to waste my time! What a joke! I actually left before I saw any sign of her because Im busy. Terrible service and from the reviews this seems like repeated behaviour. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

1 /5 dee t: DO NOT GO!!! I booked a waxing appointment through the Treatwell app for 6 PM today. Upon arrival, the salon was completely shut — shutters down, no signage, no indication of access. I called multiple times with no answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Previously, I booked through Treatwell, arrived at the salon, and again found it closed. Only later did someone call back to say the technician selected “doesn’t work here” and what someone else could have done the waxing.” They also claimed the salon was open and accessible from the back — I checked thoroughly today, and there is no back access. I even asked nearby businesses to confirm. This is misleading and unacceptable. If a business is not open or not operating from the listed location, it should not be accepting bookings or advertising availability on Treatwell or Google. I wasted time, effort, and travel

5 /5 Zeynep Aktas: I booked a last minute massage appointment on a Friday with Ashanti, and she was wonderful. She was very caring, asking thoughtful questions to understand exactly why I was there. I had been having an extremely stressful week filled with migraines, and my goal for the massage was to relieve the pain in my back and head. Ashanti tailored the perfect massage for me—well above and beyond what I initially booked. She began with a deep-tissue massage on my back, focusing on the tight, locked muscles and blockages that were contributing to the pain radiating up to my head. Her technique was incredible! she knew exactly where to press and how to release the tension. She then followed with a gentle, relaxing head massage, and finished with a much needed neck massage. Everything flowed perfectly. I had originally wanted a high-pressure massage, and while she delivered amazing pressure where needed, she continuously checked in to make sure it felt right. The deep tissue work on my back was simply magical. Thank you!

1 /5 Julienne Raboca: This place is remarkably unprofessional. When I arrived for my first booking, the shop was closed. They rebooked it, then I did as well, but communication was almost nonexistent — they responded with emojis instead of actual information. A few hours before my new appointment, I called to confirm someone would be there. I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I went anyway, and once again, the shop was closed. I am now in the process of getting a refund and will make a complaint to the relevant authorities.

1 /5 Teresa C: Booked a treatment via Classpass a week before and my treatment was cancelled 80 mins before my appointment. I was already out, so didnt check my email and when I got there the salon was completely shut. This is unacceptable as for a customer I can only cancel 12 hours before appointment time (Classpass policy, unsure for direct booking), and they didnt even try to message or ring me directly. Only got an email notification from Classpass regarding cancellation. I shouldve read other reviews as it seems to have happened to many other people. Avoid!
