I’ve always found it tough to fully commit to a programme, but Ascend Performance have genuinely changed that. I joined their 6-week transformation programme over summer to kick-start my own training after a ruptured Achilles tendon, poor rehab, and a massive mental block around exercise. With their support and encouragement, I completed 24 sessions in 6 weeks, and the brick wall I was facing has been well and truly knocked down. I’ve since signed up as a regular member, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress I’m making.
Their investment in every client is second to none. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the environment is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and never intimidating.
As a coach myself, I’m always analysing coaching styles, and I’ve experienced plenty of poor coaching practice in gyms over the years which has contributed to my aversion to the gym —so I can definitely be quite critical! The team at Ascend are a whole different level and I absolutely love everything about what, and how they deliver. The team are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about the people they work with.
I also now have several of my own netball athletes attending Ascend’s youth programmes, and the results they’re achieving are incredible.
