4 /5 Shaan Kaur: So I came in as a walk in and was seated straight away. For the most part there were no issues and my request was understood. Only reason I didn’t give 5 was because there wasn’t a clear price put on what I wanted and I had to take out what I thought would be enough but still at risk of having to go and take more out. Other than that the staff are accommodating and nice enough. Very fast service and I will probably visit again. Would advise calling first before walking in just to see how busy it is at the time.

1 /5 ellie papas: AVOID AT ALL COSTS Went to this shop first time since moving near the area, and this is what I received after paying £50. Im not the type to complain when it comes to my nails but this was just awful, came in on a Saturday first thing when it opened and was immediately felt rushed when my nails began, when i asked to cut shorter more than once i was ignored, shape was completely off and when i realised there was a hair underneath the topcoat i said for him to redo and after huffing and puffing he replied the topcoat has dried, nothing we can do. I was still so upset of the quality of my nails that i decided to message them on instagram with images of the nails as when i was speaking to them about it before i paid i was ignored as was told the shop is busy. There response on instagram was for me to come in for them to redo. After i proceeded to come in a few days later i was laughed at by the staff who said my nails are perfectly fine and said ask anyone in the shop. Obviously theyre delusional. Please do yourself a favour take this as a sign go spend your money on people who care about their business standards and the customer satisfaction. Youll be treated like a conveyor belt service, rushed and ignored until payment.
