Great effective 45 mins workout, you can push as hard you want with solid guidance by the coaches. Thanks Sophie for the warm welcome too!

Julie Milnthorpe I’ve been to 6 sessions now at F45 Peckham Rye and I’ve absolutely loved it. I’m not much of a gym bunny preferring outdoor workouts and runs, but the high energy fast paced workouts have really won me over. Every workout I’ve tried has been different and I’ve been introduced to lots of new bits of equipment. The trainers are friendly and correct and instruct along the way and they have some great playlists too! Highly reccommend for anyone looking for a fun flexible workout class that will definitely get you sweating and hopefully much stronger!
