1 /5 Abdul Tazim: This place is awful. Deserves no stars. The staff are not trained. My wife went in for eyebrow threading and they destroyed her eyebrows. Cut her in the process and her face is now permanently scarred. I think the staff have had no training and do not know what they are doing. They are so rude and unprofessional. We tried to complain they said they do not have a manager or owner and will do nothing. They still insisted we pay for the torture they put my wife through. Please avoid this place like the plague. It is literally dirty, untrained rude staff who have no idea. Total cowboys doing beauty treatments, they can seriously injure or hurt someone

1 /5 Mandy Narang: I visited Angel today for eyebrow threading, and I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were rushing through the service, and in the process, they pulled my skin very harshly, causing pain and even bleeding. Despite this, they showed no concern or apology for what happened. I was visibly uncomfortable and even looked in the mirror showing the damage, but they simply ignored it and were only focused on getting paid. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for proper care and respectful service.

The place is very unhygienic and I had to make a comment to the eyebrow lady to wash her hands and she got defensive at me and was so rude and peeled off some of my skin as she was threading so abruptly. I don’t normally complain but was embarrassed at how rude the lady was to me. Please avoid going here.

1 /5 Sums: I came here with my friends yesterday. She closed the door right on my face, so rudely. I came around 18:20pm on the 21/10/2025. The lady didn’t even bother speaking she just closed the door on us. Also she refused to do a full face treatment for the lady inside, the lady coming out of the shop seemed very unhappy too. The shop is really dirty. I will be reporting this place to the local council!! Awful service. Learn some respect and manners, woman!!
