1 /5 T Naomi: This is the last time I will be going to Angeline’s nails as I am tired of getting scammed. FYI I have been going here for about 5/6 years, even after I moved away from Tooting, I would travel hours to come here to do my nails but it’s getting out of hand. The last few times I booked they have been quoting a different price only after completing my nails even though I have asked to multiple times to confirm the price before starting my nails. In fact this time I attached a picture of the nails I will be doing to my booking.
Please see the image below for the booking confirmation where I have also added nail designs for an additional £5, but to my surprise, when it was time to pay, I was quoted £100 instead of the £71 in the confirmation. They said the nail designs cost extra, to which I explained I added nail designs to my booking. In the what world does nail designs cost an extra £34 (£29 extra I was charged + the £5 in the confirmation) and if so why doesn’t it state that when booking, or why wasn’t I told before they started (bear in mind I was in an out in an hour, so it wasn’t that it took extra time to complete). I’m fed up of constantly being charged more after the nails are done but this time they went too far.
The second picture was on the bus right after I finished doing my nails, there is still nail product residue showing it was a rushed job so to even charge me that much extra for a service that wasn’t premium is awful.
