The staff kept rushing the technician doing my pedicure, repeatedly asking her if she was done because there were other customers waiting. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. The colour I wanted wasn’t available, which is fine, but the polish used was clearly old and dry, and applied in very little quantity. I specifically asked if I could let it dry longer since I was wearing socks, and was told it was completely dry. When I got home, the polish was completely smudged and ruined. Overall, very poor service and not worth the money.

If you’re on the lookout for the best hairdressing experience, I cannot recommend this place enough! From start to finish, my time at the salon was exceptional. Dikshant, the stylist, is absolutely brilliant and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling fabulous. Whether you’re interested in a haircut, hair coloring, or even some pampering with massages, they offer a wide range of services to cater to all your needs. I also took advantage of their pedicure and manicure services, and I was more than pleased with the results. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable throughout your visit. In all honesty, they truly deserve more than just a 5-star rating for their commitment to excellent service and client satisfaction. If you find yourself in Hounslow, this place is definitely a must-visit! You wont regret it!
