5 /5 Nichola: I had a full set of acrylics nails applied here. I booked the appointment online and walked in. The chap who did my nails was very attentive and polite because he was always asking me, are they OK? Do you like them?
I make a point of saying this, because so many other times, when Ive had my nails done in other establishments, the nail technician will never ask you, they just do it as quickly as they can, so then they can get you out of the door and onto their next customer. However here at Alpha Unisex Hair & Beauty, they do not do this.
This is a prime example of excellent customer service and something that I feel is very important. After my appointment, I had a free 30 minute back massage on one of their massage chairs. This was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed. I will be returning. I highly recommend this establishment to others visiting the Finsbury Park area.
