5 /5 Kelly Mitchell: Bindu is fantastic, they are always so welcoming in there. No one shapes my eyebrows as good as Bindu they always look great so I will not go anywhere else. I also had a facial and neck massage here which was amazing, it was so relaxing and was a lovely gift from a good friend of mine.

2 /5 Kenisha Browning: Very rude. I had an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before hand. The lady then told me to sit down then continued to talk to another client for the next 20 minutes. She constantly complained about how tired she was and how she wanted to go home. This made me feel as if I was not valued as a customer. The actual treatment was rushed, my eyebrows are not even. On the door it said that cards were accepted, then I was told after the procedure that card was not accepted under £10. Therefore, I had to increase my payment to £10. Not impressed.
