Claire Nicholls Have been going to Sandra at Bliss Retreat for 8 years now. Sandra has really helped improve my skin by personalised facials, I have threading & manicures here that are also brilliant. Sandra’s beauty room has always been immaculate & is incredibly Covid secure. There is also private parking which is helpful. Sandra is a lovely, genuine lady, I cannot recommend Bliss Retreat enough

Gill Harper Cannot recommend Louise enough. A really professional and friendly service, and super convenient that she can come to me. I’ve had numerous waxes and also a facial which was super relaxing. Will definitely continue to use Louis for my treatments!

Taylor Louise Partner booked a spa day and upgraded massage for us, it came with afternoon tea and full use of the spa amenities. From the get-go, the staff were friendly, welcoming and informative, giving us a short tour and explaining everything. They handed over a robe, towel and slippers in a reusable bag and also let us know we had a complimentary gift that we could pick up when leaving. Im coeliac and was apprehensive about the cream tea (if you know, you know) but the staff reassured me they had taken as best care as possible to not cross contaminate anything. The scones were actually really delicious and big (I definitely binned my diet this day because I scoffed down both of them,.plus all the cream and jam!!) and the coffee was pretty good too. The pool was the perfect temperature and depth, not too busy at all either. The saunas were really relaxing and I fell asleep on the heated loungers - so comfortable. There were cold showers in the pool area too, as well as a small foot spa but we didnt try them. Everything was really clean and tidy. The massage was amazing too. I felt so relaxed after, my partner hadnt seen me so at ease. Never had one before so Im not sure what to compare it too but I can wholehearted say Id come back just for that alone - thank you Sophie!!! We had such a lovely day and would definitely recommend, especially if theres an offer on. 5/5*

Annie B I had a gel manicure with Helen and couldn’t be happier! She was friendly, professional, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look absolutely flawless — smooth, shiny, and beautifully shaped. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and Helen made me feel completely at ease. I’ve had so many compliments already! Highly recommend her if you’re after a manicure that looks salon-perfect and lasts.

T was amazing with the process and gave me so much information, I had lip blush which was the first time I had it done and I can honestly say she made the whole process so comfortable and enjoyable, T has a lovely relaxing environment with the comfiest lash bed I’ve ever laid on! Thank you again for my lips I’m in love and will definitely be back! Xxx
