Mike Brackenbury I started Basic Pilates in my 60s and have been doing it for a decade now. The main reason was for fitness and mobility. The main benefits for someone of my age are core strength, suppleness and balance Sarah is a fantastic teacher, she really understands the problems associated with ageing and lack of confidence in doing exercise too. I would fully recommend her to anyone of any age and any ability. She will bring out the very best in you and let you continue into older age feeling much stronger, fitter and happier all round. I love her

Jen Ridgers I have been to this Champneys many times and it never disappoints. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, and the drive up to the property is really lovely, it is set around a country house and on a large lake. The facilities are great, very clean, the pool area is particularly nice and my favourite thing is the outside jacuzzi. I have done a few classes, my favourite is Spin, great music and the instructor was awesome. The treatments are also very good, you go into a separate area and everything is luxurious and the service is excellent. I also particularly rate the food, the lunches are served as a buffet style and everything has always been top notch. Highly recommend this venue.
