5 /5 Julie Stewart: Jayne has a warm and delightful sense of humour, thank goodness for that, as that makes her human too! The relaxed environment certainly does not detract from the purpose of the class but for me personally it puts me at ease.
Jayne’s expertise, knowledge and passion for teaching Pilates, Yoga or Pump is supported by her patience and empathy to help adapt the class to suit your ability or any personal challenges you may have, to help you do the best you can.
Having never tried yoga (because I didn’t think I could do it), I was about 61 when I first started. By the time I was 63, I was doing headstands and handstands and enjoying other new challenges like Pump which I love, even the sore muscles the next day.
Also, a big shout out to Jayne for keeping us fit via zoom classes during lockdown…. definitely kept me sane during those long months x
