1 /5 Zenny: Beware of a rough pedicure scrub as I’ve been suffering after the skin was removed from the side of my foot which then got infected. Two lots of antibiotics and still can’t get a shoe on two weeks later. However on the plus side after emailing the salon I got a very quick response and refund. The manager was very apologetic

5 /5 Georgia Nicholas: Staff were really friendly and was a really nice, calm experience (as opposed to other very busy salons in abingdon!) Nolan did a really good job with my nails I loved them and he was so patient while i decided what i wanted! Thank you!

1 /5 Ami Madge: Got acrylic nails for the first time ever for my birthday with a friend who got the ombré powder dip I was served by two members of staff who were good however when I looked over my friend was in tears having been yelled at and told to stop her tiks and “just relax” and “relax” through gritted teeth while the member of staff extremely aggressively grabbed her arm 5 times twisting her wrist to the point of pain forcing her to stay in place while discussing her in his native language he then cut her fingers open 3 time had no color options and she felt to uncomfortable due to this behavior to voice any concerns about the nail I am disgusted with the treatment and it absolutely ruined what had been a lovely morning. After all this they proceeded to overcharge by £12 with no explanation which was disgusting will not be going back nor will I recommend to anyone will be looking for a new nail salon for future appointments

3 /5 Zoe Talbott: I have been a few times and the service is nice, everyone is friendly and they all work very quickly but I don’t know why they have the option to book online for specific times, EVERY TIME I book in at a specific time I’m left waiting for 20+ minutes after my booked time. This does get annoying very quickly when it happens every time.

5 /5 Princess Jasmin: Absolutely amazing did me and my friends nails so quick and lovely customer service and gave us a Christmas gift at the end of the service!
