I turned up and was promptly and professionally treated on arrival, taken through to my appointment early. Ruba - my waxing therapist was amazing, I felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after in her care. She was professional and just an absolute pleasure to talk to through-out the appointment. J F Zina is amazing!! I’ve been coming to her for facials and Microneedling since the beginning of the year and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She knows what she’s talking about and doesn’t push treatments just for the sake of it, but advises what could work best for your skin. Her space is super clean and relaxing, I always feel great leaving!

Kerry norton-griffith Adela is simply put, fabulous! She is thorough and knows her stuff. When waxing she is quick and efficient and has a technique that is the least painful I have experienced. Her massages are ace, especially deep-tissue - she is very strong and firm but also continues to ask how the pressure is and will do more or less depended on your needs. I highly recommend.
