Laura’s classes were amazing throughout my pregnancy (I started at 6 weeks and went until 37 weeks). Besides the physical and mental benefits, Laura has created such a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space at Yo. Meeting other first-time and experienced mums really helped me during the tricky and sometimes lonely first trimester, and I learned a lot about self-advocacy through others.
