5 /5 Blonde Jpeg: By FAR the best place to get your brows done, Ive recommended this place to so many friends and Im remembering to write this review after a friend thanked me for the recommendation. Nice chill place, best brows Ive ever had and before here I was getting burned or brows that just werent right, she knows what brows to give you for your face shape I think!!

1 /5 Emma Courtz: I booked through treatwell classic lashes but was given hybrid lashes that look very thick and bulky on my eyes. I wasnt aware at the time and had also been overcharged. When I called up I had a very rude lady who I recognised when I got the patch test it was a black lady who does the eyebrows. She was very rude and really unprofessional and told me that the lady doing my lashes did not have access to booking system. Yet somehow this is my fault. I asked for a refund and she said they cant justify the refund and I quote said dont you understand that this takes time. I asked why she was talking to me so rudely. She said she would charge me the difference which is acknowledgement of fault. its almost like going to a salon and being given semi permanent dye when you asked for permanent and being told they will give you back the difference. I also asked why she was being so unreasonable and risking me having to leave a bad review but she said I quote bad reviews dont mean nothing as they have been doing brows and lashes for 3 years. Please be wary when dealing with this shop. When you go in and you see the black lady, once you interact with her you will get a sense of the attitude that im describing here. Also after 24 hours my eye also began to swell up and became bloodshot. Upon arriving to collect my five pound difference as thats all she was willing to refund. She refused to refund me as I had written a negative review and bombarded me with abuse to the point I considered calling the police. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you like being abused.

5 /5 Raminta Diliso: Stephanie is THE brow expert and Wynk is a welcome (and much needed) addition to the area. I came for a tint but my eyebrows are really sparse and she suggested henna. Im really happy with the result and Ill be booking for a semi-permanent pigment appointment post-lockdown.

1 /5 Ana Herrera Gil: I wanted to do eyelashes extension. I book an appointment for the patch test but when I arrived on time to my appointment, the person who supposed to do that wasnt there, she had already left. The day of my eyelashes extension, I explained her how I would like to have my eyelashes but my the result was totally different, awful. Too much glue amount in my eyelashes and it was visible. I got bad infection on my eyes and Ive required treatment. I dont recommend it to anyone. The worst eyelashes and experience that Ive ever had!!!!

5 /5 Jade Simons: This place is so amazinggg!! I came for the first time today to get my brows and lashes laminated and tinted, and i had such a good experience. The girl who did them was so kind and sweet, and the brows and lashes came out so goood :) I would defo recommend going here to anyone considering it x
