1 /5 Esther Joy Boadu: If I could give this place no stars then I would. Where do I begin, they’re probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across. All these reviews are fake half of them are done by the family run company themselves. This building has no ventilation in the rooms, when I raised this up they told me that there was after going back and forth I told them that I’m going to hold my rent till this is sorted. They then a few weeks later told me that someone had come into my room and said that my room has the most ventilation I just laughed as I knew it was a lie. I asked why they didn’t ask me to be present while they’re sorting this. Again more lies no one had come. It is a legal requirement to have ventilation in beauty rooms so they’re breaching their contracts as they’re advertising the room as beauty rooms. Rayna is very rude and has little to no experience in management, she is also very unprofessional she talks about you to others and not in a nice way. As a whole it was not a good experience they don’t even stick to the contract! They sell people a dream. It’s sad because it’s a good idea just done very poorly.
