1 /5 Protyasha Daam: Extremely Poor Service and Unfair Billing I visited WIW Inspire Salon for wedding hair and makeup. I paid £150 as a deposit and was promised a trial makeup included at no extra charge. During the trial, the service was rude and rough, the makeup was patchy, and my skin was not properly prepped. Despite being unhappy, I felt pressured to pay an additional £150 to secure my wedding appointment. After seeing the results at home, it was clear the makeup was unprofessional and unacceptable for a wedding. I decided to cancel, but the salon refused to refund the £200 I had paid for services I never received, offering only store credit, which I do not want. This was a stressful, high-pressure experience, and I cannot recommend this salon. My consumer rights were ignored, and I felt mistreated throughout. Avoid this salon if you value professionalism and fair treatment.

4 /5 Nicol: Went for a wash and cut. Amazing customer service. All staff was very friendly and attentive, I felt incredibly well-taken care of. The lady that washed my hair was brilliant. She was very gentle and meticulous, I had such a relaxing experience! 4 stars instead of 5 because the hairdresser seemed to be in a rush and he was way too rough with my hair. However, I was very happy with the results, and my haircut was exactly how I wanted. Happy to come back and definitely recommend.
