Its clean inside, all the equipment is in great condition, and two hours free parking at the car park next door. Every machine you need, hydration machines everywhere, CCTV so safe at night and a good vibe overall as well as a fantastic app.

The staff make a big difference here—Antony is a well nice guy, and Bhaviya, Gledja, James and the other trainers are all genuinely supportive and approachable. The gym feels welcoming, the vibe is focused, and it’s easy to stay consistent. If you’re serious about improving your health and fitness, I’d recommend this place.

Virginia Huffman Elegant spa with nice amenities. Beautiful baths and sleeping pods. Relaxing atmosphere with fireplaces and plenty of seating. I indulged in the Nurture Ritual whoch was a delightful 2Hrs treatment with a scrub and mud. After i received a relaxing massage from the same kind and attentive therapist. My only complaint was that it was HOT in the entire facility. After i showered i was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the massage therapy room was heat controlled.

Rob S Having been a user of chain gyms with lower monthly fees for years, I was sceptical about whether Third Space would be value for money. It is, and more. The gym is beautiful, well equipped, and everyone there is kind and respectful. I find myself spending longer working out, and working out harder because it’s just such a fantastic space to be in. But it’s the small details which might easily be overlooked which really make the difference for me…the toilets are always spotless, the toiletries are never empty, the showers are always gleaming, the water is always hot, there are always clean white fluffy towels, the pool area is always clean. The staff who work here, especially the housekeeping team, are the stars of the show.
