5 /5 Sandra Watson: I booked an appointment for my mum, aunt and myself. The nail technicians were very accommodating. They couldn’t do my initial design idea but helped me choose an alternative that was arguably better. Had a lovely experience and we all left happy. Would 100% recommend

1 /5 Amelia: I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this nail shop. From the moment we arrived, both my friend and I were spoken to rudely and made to feel unwelcome. What made the situation far worse was a young male staff member who began shouting at me, which was completely unacceptable and shocking. There was no reason for this behaviour, and it created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment. A nail salon should be a relaxing place where customers feel respected, but this was the opposite. There was no professionalism, no apology, and no effort to calm the situation or treat us with basic courtesy. Instead, we were left feeling embarrassed and upset. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Paying customers deserve respect, and unfortunately, this place failed badly in that regard. I will not be returning.
