1 /5 CC224: Normally always purchase hair from here without a problem. Purchased this hair before lockdown and only just got round to putting this in because of lock down so no salons open so I did my own braids for 6 months. I decided to make use of the hair and the quality was awful. As you can see the ends are thin and scraggly which is odd. When I messaged victoria to question the hair quality she said oh sorry and wont give me my money back or even a partial refund just a discount on next purchase which I do not want to make. She is now ignoring my messages. Awful customer service I will not be using this service again.i have now escalated the issue to citizens advice as I paid £185 which is a lot of money for the poor quality hair received.

5 /5 Dominique Redhead: A lovely calm and warm, attentive lady called Beatrice has just finished canerowing my very thick and temperamental hair. I tend not to go to the hair dressers as I am extremely hard work to say the least and expect my hair to be treated like gold!! Beatrice was patient and supportive, she took good care and patience with my hair and ensured she did my hair in the exact way I wanted it to be. Ive just finished and couldnt wait to write a review, my hair not only looks absolutely beautiful but the care for my hair underneath was just nothing more than I could ask for. Thank you Beatrice for your time, creativity and care, I didnt bring enough with me to leave a tip but when I will defiantly be coming back and when I do Ill be sure to bring my tip along with me!! 5 /5 K T: Wonderful service provided. I have now visited here twice after the first recommendation given to me for my friends wedding. First occasion I brought my own hair there (brought from a black beauty shop) and it was put in with excellent care by Alfa. I made a second visit due to the wonderful service and this time I purchased my hair from the shop (I highly recommend this, rather than buying hair externally) and had it put in by Beatrice. Excellent service and I look forward to using this shop again for hair services.

5 /5 Linda DePaul: Beatrice was so warm and patient with me. I walked in at 5pm, the end of their day, and she was ever so gracious in accepting my custom. My hair looks absolutely beautiful!! Im a difficult customer, but she has exceeded my expectation. Visit the salon and ask for her. :)

I cant sing her praises enough for the wonderful weave I received and the personal care and attention given which was second to none. Beatrice was very friendly and gave recommendations about handling and maintenance that I really appreciate. Have enjoyed my experience at Crown and Glory.
