3 /5 Victoria Morales Muñoz: Amazing facial but space + signage need work. I had a hydrating facial for my birthday and it was fantastic: lots of products, great service, and a lovely upgrade. I left glowing. However, the salon is under renovation, very small and noisy, and it’s confusing to find: advertised as Chic Beauty on Treatwell but not on Google Maps, and there’s no signage outside. Great facial quality, but the venue needs improvement.

2 /5 rashida d: Went there for threading my eyebrows- requested upper lips and forehead threading too. The lady looked very uninterested and then left my forehead ! I asked her to thread my forehead too and she blankly said the hair are too thin and my thread is breaking! She didn’t even try! I have been threading my eyebrows for over 20 years and never have I heard such a ridiculous excuse! I asked her so what do I do now and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know, I can’t do it.. If she was unable to do it she should have said so rt at the start. Not until I asked her about it at the end. And then proceeded to charge me 25 pounds for just eyebrows and upper lip threading. Which by the way was also left incomplete with hairs still visible. I was so disappointed. I didn’t argue further. Paid and left. Never again. You’ll see in the pictures too what shabby job she’s done with regards to the shape but also left so many hair!
