1 /5 윤현지: Today, I had a very disappointing experience here.
As I always do, I made my appointment under Nona’s name and arrived on time. There was about a 10-minute delay due to the room not being ready, which was not a major issue for me.
However, when I entered the room, there was a new waxer I had never seen before. Nona explained that her colleague would be with me for a few minutes. I assumed she would be assisting Nona, but instead, Nona left the room almost immediately, and my Brazilian waxing was carried out entirely by the new waxer, from start to finish.
The waxing was significantly more painful than usual. The same areas were waxed multiple times, and it felt excessively hot. I did not feel that the waxer was experienced. I will never choose to have my waxing done by her again.
However, this is not her fault. I did not book an appointment with her — I booked with Nona. Changing my waxer without any prior discussion or consent is unacceptable. Once the process had started, I also felt unable to ask her to leave and request Nona, as she was already there to work and was not personally at fault.
After the service, I wanted to speak to Nona about this issue when I went to pay, but she was nowhere to be found. I had paid a deposit and reserved a specific time — so I am left wondering where she was during my appointment.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning.
