UFC GYM City Road - (Near City of London, UK)

Shradha Gokani Such a great gym all round. The newly refurbished space looks amazing, modern, clean, and really well laid out, but beyond that, it’s just a solid place to train. There’s a great range of equipment, it’s never felt overcrowded when I’ve been, and everything is always spotless. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating, making it easy to stay consistent. Easily a 5-star gym, especially after the refurb.

rahul jambhulkar I went here in one of the studios for an event . Loved that there are studios where people can host events . Didnt went to do the work out but studio part excited me may be in future i can hold any events there. Also i saw the gym it looked good as well. I will explore more in this sense.

Kat Murray-Clark I came to Six Physio for support with my pre-natal and post-natal health and cannot recommend them enough. I saw Abi throughout, she helped me with back pain whilst pregnant and then all the way through to 6-months postpartum, including my Mummy MOT. She was so friendly, encouraging and knowledgable. She made me feel completely at ease, giving me practical advice and exercises that I could fit into my life. I felt a bit better after every session and could immediately see the difference after introducing each series of exercises. She clearly cares deeply about her patients health and it really shows.

Lee Ennis What a club, really sad to see Dathan go, he has truly been acceptional, the staff are very helpful and welcoming, they are always on hand for a delivering a great service, the club is really clean, equipment is also great with a wide range of selective pin loading and plate loading kit, dumbbells range from 2.5-60kg, also a great selection of cardio. Kit, they have a area where you can do your functional training and boxing. They also have assault bikes and ski ergs that are a must in any club. Really happy here!!!

K J Incredible gym and world class staff! The GM even let me borrow his own personal electric foam roller! Incredible service I must say! Lots of space and glass windows. Plus they got compression boots coming! This will make it the best gym in London I believe. My only suggestion for improving is to have a space for privacy when changing. Other virgins have an area where you can not change in front of everyone as some people get pretty inappropriate unfortunately. But thats not unique to this gym. But aside from that this is a 10/10 gym well worth the money and beats other high end gyms

Leanne P I LOVE BXR Climb to the beat has made me fall in love with cardio. How can getting unbearably hot and out of breath be fun.. it just is with the music and the class plan being so carefully thought out for quite literally the best work out you will ever do! Highly recommend Alex, Kate moss & Ashleigh at BXR city and Danni at BXR Marylebone. Incredible trainers and such good music! Marylebone: Changing rooms at Marylebone are massive, immaculate and have a shared male and female steam room and an all female sauna. The showers are always clean and stocked up with body wash, shampoo & conditioner and there are GHD hair-dryers & straighteners, deodorant, cotton buds, micellar water, cotton pads & lots of well lit mirrors for getting ready after showering. There is also a Joe the juice within the gym for a healthy snack / protein shake or coffee before or after work outs. City: Changing rooms at City are smaller but still always clean and stocked with same products and have a shared male and female steam room. The staff at front desk are nice and friendly and make me feel really welcome. 10/10 gym!
