2 /5 Nicole: Lovely place, but clearly rushed. Two appointments booked at the same time so both owner and nail tech rushed. Wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails cut so months of growing out nails (since July) were cut down to the skin. I asked after the first cut to not cut again since I wanted to grow out, the lady cut them down even more anyway- for context, I’m a nail biter trying to grow out my nails. Left hand was great with shaping, but the right hand looks a little off - nothing too bad though. Owner had to tell lady not to rush and after I left, seemed like they were arguing. I don’t hate this place at all, but it’s clear it’s not very organised. If you were to book here, I’d do it with plenty of time. Maybe call in advance. Owner had to step in to help get my nails done. Don’t think I’ll be back though. Cutting my nails down by so much honestly made me feel devastated. Ignore the tiny chipping in the photo, that was my bad lol. Edit: owner denied I came here, but I have the bank statement to prove it lol

5 /5 Terry Hyland: I’ve been going to Tulip Beauty Salon for waxing for many years and couldn’t be happier! My waxing lady is amazing — super quick, efficient, and surprisingly gentle. She makes the process as painless as possible. The space is always clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service in a comfortable environment! 5 /5 A P: Mahsa did a wonderful job of my nails. She was so lovely! She used a clear BIAB and helped me to choose a colour. She took time and made sure they were perfect! Very reasonable price. Was able to walk in! Would recommend!

1 /5 Milly S: Worst experience ever. I booked a week in advance, they called me 3-4 times throughout the week to see if I could come in on a Saturday, not Sunday. Very clearly explained I couldnt and they said thats fine. When I turned up on the Sunday, a lady explained the person to do a manicure and pedicure had a headache. I feel it was completely lazy, no one was ever actually available! Cannot be a coincidence! Also the lady who explained this kept laughing at me! So so incredibly rude. Do NOT book any treatment here!!!!!! Awful awful awful experience and SO unprofessional.
