5 /5 Rajan Chavda: I have recently been attending the sessions/classes at the Uxbridge centre held by Sabina. I love the warm ups as the moves are fun and the music is quirky :) Sabina is very experienced and knowledgeable and explains each movement/salutation, its benefits and meaning. Sabina brings into focus with the elements of yoga and keeps the classes effective, engaging and fun! Very patient and positive and very easy going, so students (yogis) do not get frustrated or discouraged. Every week we learn something different and movements we can take home, work on (practice), and improve on. The movements taught are encouraging so making you motivated to repeat outside of class sessions. I would highly recommend Sabina

Sabina is not only very kind and genuine, she cares about everyone in the class and ensures that we are happy and comfortable (and never going too far!), I would recommend her to anyone regardless of the amount of previous experience they’ve had with yoga. ❤️

Shes an excellent teacher who puts time and effort into showing how you can adapt yoga for your body. No matter what you do with Sabina you are guaranteed to leave feeling lighter and to have laughed at least once.

5 /5 Iain Perry: Going to one of Sabina’s Dru Yoga class is like getting a recharge for your soul, body and mind. Wonderful teacher she is calm and patient and makes the class a joy. She varies the starting activations and on the Dru Yoga positions will give alternatives if you have any injuries etc. The relaxation at the end is totally blissful. Sabina puts her heart and soul into the classes and the result is a group of blissed out faces at the end ! Love going to her classes when I am able to make it.
