5 /5 Tracy Ryder Richardson: The power of small consistent steps! I went paddle boarding last week for the first time in 18mths. Since my last trip out, I started a beginners yoga class at Tranquility, finding I loved it and doing a few classes a week. The difference this regular class has made to my paddle boarding experience is amazing! Five miles later, standing all the way, no sore achey feet, no achey shoulders! I couldn’t believe it and the only thing that had changed is that I’d started yoga… Amanda and her team are wonderful, friendly teachers, helping an absolute beginner like me not feel out of her depth. Highly recommend!
