I got compliments while she was doing my nails and even more afterward. You can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful, flawless nails!

1 /5 Gabrielle T: I had a very disappointing experience, and I regret taking off my previous gel manucure… They started taking me with 20 minutes late. I book an appointment for a « gel ». They ended up taking of my real gel and replacing it with base…. What they call « gel » is just a semi permanent nail polish… The surface of my nail is unequal, the shape is not regular between my fingers…. There are Bubble and Even trace of the previous color…. They rushed on me not to be late for the following customer…. I’m so dispointed my hands look terrible.

1 /5 Hristo Hinkov: Ambiance is usually lovely and I’ve been going to Townhouse since the start of the year - no major issues! Today, however, was really disappointing. The shaping of my nails is off, the base coat incompatible with the top coat (Gel bottle), and the nail art was off-centre. On the photos, you can clearly see the air bubbles and indentation caused by the incompatibility of the materials. Quite disappointed but customer care has offered to resolve the issue in another salon.

2 /5 Matavee Narukatpichai: I went into the Canary Wharf branch for a naked mani/pedi, while the nail service was not the worst I’ve experienced, I don’t think I should have dead skin peeling off after mani/pedi. My appointment was 1.5 hours ago. I asked them to clean it up a little bit more, she said she couldn’t and I came home knowing that the parts she didn’t take out was going to peel. Additionally, the customer service was atrocious. The staff were impolite and had horrid attitude. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I basically paid to be treated like an inconvenience and come back with peeling cuticles. This is my second time here, same experience. Lesson learnt. I will be taking my business somewhere else where I’m appreciated.
