4 /5 Sakina Ali: Had a lovely naked manicure here. Place is peaceful and clean and staff are professional. A little quiet though, would’ve been nice to ask how my day was going, but regardless they were all really nice and professional and that’s the most important thing. Will definitely be back

They helped me pick out the prettiest color, and the whole vibe was super nice, friendly, and engaging. I would 100% go back to get my nails done. Highly recommend!

The salon is super clean and elegant and the color and art selection is wonderful, but where they really shine is the staff. They could not have been nicer. Thank you!

1 /5 Gm X: Unbelievable. My extension nails appointment was cancelled with no explanations little more than one hour before. I had set aside 2 hours of my workday for this appointment and I have a photo shoot booked for tomorrow so this is a huge problem. The phone number doesn’t connect with a person. I have to pay the appointment in full if I cancel and they can cancel one hour before with no explaination and no alternative solutions? And I also to give all my data, including my card details? I am beyond words. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because the one pedicure I had with them went well. But I am now in the position of having to find a salon that puts a full set of acrylics with no notice and a photoshoot tomorrow. I am trying to connect with the customer service and there are 36 people before me in the chat. This is completely unacceptable. Edit: the very expensive pedicure was chipped five days after doing it, I left one star.
