Nicola Smith I have been attending small group sessions at Fit Shape for five months and would highly recommend. The sessions can be adapted to individual fitness and strength levels, allowing the sessions to be fully inclusive whatever your standard. The sessions are varied and cover both strength and conditioning and some cardio. The trainers are always checking technique and correcting if need be. They also ask about any injuries so they can suggest alternative exercises. The classes are fun and challenging and I feel so much better for doing them.
