1 /5 Thi Thach: Nails were clearly not their forte and so my mother and I left the store quite unhappy with the service. We tipped out of generosity. The first layers of paint was thick; this usually only requires two layers for a level and consistent look. The glitter was added after and it looks and feels incredibly rough. Some of the product had bled to the side of my nails which is quite unsafe more so for me as I do have an allergy. Allergy or not, a professional would know that no product should come into contact with the skin. My mother had stated she wanted an off/milky white and was given a pure white instead. No care and attention to detail. We look forward to supporting local Vietnamese places but we will have to return to our usual spot. We wish the best for this place and hope it improves in the future.

1 /5 Daniela Cassol Arias: Was terrible, the workers were so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Prices too high for very low quality and it took them 3 hours for manicure and pedicure with shellac which normally takes 1h30m maximum. They were not dedicated into doing a good job at all, it looked like they couldn’t be asked to work. I had few complaints while getting my nails done and all I got back was bad attitude from them. I left the place very disappointed with the work they done. NEVER AGAIN

I got my nails done one week ago.The woman doing my nails was very rude and was verbally abusing me .3 of my nails popped off today bare in mind I got them done 1 week ago. The woman also didnt do the design properly and made it look very bad and poor quality and it cost me £40. AVOID!! and save your money . I would give them 0 stars if I could.

1 /5 Mona Nassrallah: Horrible customer service, toes look like painted by a child and when complaining as whole toe nail not being painted worker kept being ignorant ignoring what is being said. Lazy pedicure, toes still in a state. Left crying

1 /5 Kakoti Shikdar: I went to the shop for the eyebrow threading!! I asked if I would pay by card she said yes come when she started doing I told her again I would pay by card!! She said no no cash!! I said her sorry dear I should have brought cash!! I said this is your business policy in it!! She didnt understand what I said she became aggressive I said to her listen I said something good about you, not bad things!! She doesnt have any manner of any norms!! Could be she doesnt understand English!! Please tell her to show a positive attitude to customers!! I dont know if her behaviour presents whole shop with negative vibes!! Tell her to maintain to professionalism!! Very bad attitude!! Otherwise every one stop coming slowly slowly
