1 /5 Remany cromptonb: Extremely disappointed in the service I received , just under two weeks ago I asked how long the wait was and was told 30 minutes by the male member of staff, so I said I would wait, after waiting nearly nearly 45 minutes I asked again was it going to be much longer and he advised about 5 more minutes , to then in total it finally being an hour, I was asked to have a seat, I explain to the man what I wished to have and asked would he have enough time as I needed to be out of there before 3pm ( it was about 13.40/45 at this point ) and he said yes yes no problem , I did say are you sure ? And he then said yes no problem , he then proceeded to rush through my nails, I made a comment saying it seemed like he was extremely rushing them and he said you need to be out at certain time , to which I said I did ask if you had enough time and you said yes and that I have to wait an hour, I wouldnt of stayed if I knew how long the delay was or even have had him start my nails if I knew they were going to be so rushed. There was a few issues with how he painted my nails and I had to mention it to his to which he was quite rude about it all, in all ,I left feeling so disappointed and not all relaxed and happy, like you should feel after having your nails done and spending that amount of money. Since then the acrylic on a couple of the nails have lifted and Ive had to glue them, also the nail varnish on a few of the nails has chipped. , Ive been having my nails done for nearly 4 years now and Ive never had such bad service, Im extremely disappointed, I thought I found a really good nail place, as Id previously being been one time before and the lady did a good job, so I thought Id found my new nail place, however, after dealing with a man this time, I havent felt that I could go back in and ask for them to look at my nails again, after the service I got from him, such a shame, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
