5 /5 Ashley Hollmann: I was looking for an affordable eyebrow threading place that didnt take off my eyebrows for absolutely ages. It seemed impossible in Chelsea. I stumbled upon this amazing place and never felt better. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, and it was done with utmost care and precision. She cleaned my eyebrows up, and they look incredible!

1 /5 Marta Smyk: Very disappointing experience overall. I booked only a haircut and was clear that I did not want any colour or darkening, as I’m growing out my natural hair. Despite this, I was repeatedly pushed towards a toner. It was not clearly explained upfront that this would darken my hair. Only after the product had been mixed was this clarified. When I said I didn’t want to proceed, I was told I would need to pay for it anyway because it had already been mixed. Under pressure and after a defensive exchange, I reluctantly agreed just to avoid further conflict. The “compromise” suggested was to apply it mostly to the back so the change wouldn’t be obvious at the front — which has now left my hair uneven and means I’ll need another salon to correct it. I was also repeatedly told that my natural hair colour is not light blonde, despite me knowing my own hair history. The tone of the interaction felt dismissive and gaslighting rather than professional. This wasn’t an isolated issue either — on a previous visit, a trainee handled my hair very roughly for an extended time, and I’ve also experienced long waits due to overbooking. Consent, clear communication, and trust are essential in a salon. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those here and won’t be returning.

1 /5 L D: I really disappointed with the service at Tiara Organic. I booked a facial for my mother, and afterwards realised I had a voucher from an external platform, meaning the salon still gets paid in full. I simply asked if I could rebook using the voucher and then have the original one refunded. A completely reasonable request that costs the salon nothing. I went in person and was told the staff member would check with the manager. Since then? Silence. I followed up in person, called, messaged over the next two days… and every time I was told: “The manager hasn’t replied yet.” No update, no communication, no effort. What makes it even more disappointing is that my mum enjoyed the treatment and we were planning future appointments. She was even thinking of becoming a regular client. But this kind of customer service completely puts you off. If a salon can’t handle a simple, cost-neutral request or even communicate properly, it makes you question everything else. For anyone considering booking here: the treatments might be good, but the communication and after-care are really poor, and you’re on your own if you need help with anything afterwards. I’m still waiting for a proper response from management. I will update this review if they finally resolve it.

Honestly say the best threading experience I’ve ever had. jay was so kind and explained how to get the most from my brow shape. Thoroughly recommend this little gem off Kings Road and will definitely be returning ❤️

5 /5 Priyanka Aggarwal: Best haircut and hair treatment I have had in years! Very happy I found this salon and Seeta. She is really incredible and the warmest person to be around. I felt very good for the entire duration of my stay and will be visiting them forever for my hair appointments :)
