Every single staff member is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, starting from the front desk to the trainers and floor staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported, whether you’re new to the gym or a regular. It’s such a positive and motivating environment to train in. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

The gym and equipment are excellent, and the classes are amazing — Reformer Pilates, Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Mat Pilates, and sound baths. Instructors like Vincent, Cian, Cathy, and Ellie are fantastic. The changing rooms are spotless, with plenty of towels, a sauna, and a steam room. The app is super easy to use, and the staff are always friendly. No pool here, but you can swim at other clubs. Overall, an incredible gym with great energy!

The facilities are amazing with spacious changing rooms, powerful showers and luxury toiletries that make the whole experience feel a step above. I really like that there are single sex sauna and steam rooms which make winding down after a session feel like a treat. Everything is spotless and well looked after so it always feels like a nice place to spend time. The classes are brilliant too. I’ve tried HYROX, spin and a few others and every instructor has been full of energy and really motivating. The variety keeps things interesting and it feels like there’s always a class to match my mood or goals. It has a great balance between being friendly and community based but also professional. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that goes above and beyond.

The range of classes is fantastic, and the instructors are both motivating and knowledgeable - A shout out to Lara whos classes are top notch. The atmosphere feels welcoming and energetic without being overcrowded. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, and the little touches like great changing facilities, sauna, and recovery areas make the whole experience feel premium.
